The reverse of the frame won't normally be seen but it is important to know what's involved; hinging material, acid-free Artbak, sub-frames, strainer along with a secure hanging system. Our labels show glass used, frame profile, colour/stain ( by name ) along with a stamped date accompanied by the signature of the framer on completion.
Ask any mechanic; it's nice to know what's under the 'hood' - especially when everything is revving and purring beautifully.
